Elizabeth graduated with distinction from TriOS College’s massage therapy program in 2022. She is a skilled therapist trained in performing general Swedish massage, cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and lymphatic drainage. She has completed additional training in nervous system function and applies this in her Vagus nerve focused massage treatment, treating stress, anxiety and chronic pain. Her approach to health is very holistic.
Elizabeth provides Registered Massage Therapy, Myofascial Cupping & Fascial Stretch Therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. She is trauma informed, body positive and fully inclusive!
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. Some of her hobbies include taking long walks, hiking/camping and paddleboarding.
