Raffy graduated from  the  Western University Physiotherapy program in 2000, becoming a Registered Physiotherapist. He also graduated as a Certified Acupuncturist from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada that same year. Raffy was mentored by the education director of AFCI and worked directly under the supervision of Dr. Sona Tahan. In 2007, he traveled to Beijing China to complete advanced training in acupuncture. Raffy became a registered member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ontario in 2006.

Over the last 24 years of practice, Raffy has taken numerous post-graduate courses, including: concussion manual therapy, physical therapy, sports therapy and managing chronic pain. Raffy moved from Toronto to London in 2008; he has been the lead Physiotherapist and Acupuncturist at Back ‘N Motion for 14 years. Raffy was also the Physiotherapist & Acupuncturist for the London Lightning Basketball team for 8 years.

Raffy’s acupuncture practice focuses on treatments of fertility, hormone balance, sleep disorder, migraines, anxiety/depression and chronic acute pain disorders. Raffy loves combining the eastern holistic mindset with the western movement/physiotherapy ideologies to provide a balanced and complete treatment plan. Raffy’s current work reflects his healthy lifestyle; for him and his family, a positive mindset, being active, and healthy eating are key values.
